Condition Tied to Being “Outed” for “Shame Eating” Fast-food and Drinking Beer
A principled conservative woman from Wisconsin has reported suffering unusual nightmares over the past several months. The singular common thread being that each nightmare takes place in Berkeley, California – some 2000 miles away from the woman’s home. The night terrors began after she returned from a trip to Berkeley where she was seeking sanctuary and visiting her sister who is an accomplished shaman and vegan food activist.
In one dream the woman went completely mad after trying to buy firewood and recycle batteries. In another she was there on a game show and won insane amounts of money – just for speaking in only 6-word sentences. Yet another dream put her in a post-apocalyptic Berkeley where a gang of Zombified board commissioners roamed the street searching for the perfect balcony trim choices instead of brains. The most frequent hallucination is one where the woman is trapped on Marin Ave unable to enter the Circle hoping the Vigili will save her from the predicament.
But, the worst one is a reoccurring nightmare where she is chased by COVID-vaccinated, marijuana dispensary employees who only want a few minutes of her time to explain the benefits of using cryptocurrency on BART. The woman’s family is working closely with specialists to try to determine why these dreams persist on semi-regular basis.
The specialist tied her condition to a particularly traumatic event that occurred during her Berkeley visit. On the night of January 5 she visited Nation’s Giant Hamburgers Burgers and & Pies on University Avenue. A passerby reported to Mental Health Services that a woman was “shame eating” a cheeseburger, cream pie and Old Milwaukee. The passerby suggested, “it just seems so out of place for a Berkeley adult to be behaving this way.” The Wisconsin woman stated, “at first I though it was just a misunderstanding on the part of the Berkeley resident; I really did not appreciate the trauma that resulted from being questioned by Mental Health Services.”
The woman’s sister has suggest “a strict regiment of spirituality and vegan food would be the best remedy.”
